Refund policy
Customers must contact us via email within three days of delivery date to start a return. Please do not initiate a return via Instagram, Facebook or Shopify Inbox. Our email address is support@batkahtria.com .
After we have approved the return, the return must be postmarked within seven days and a tracking number must be provided to us. Item must be packaged properly to ensure it does not get damaged in transit and it must be returned to us in its original condition. If the item to be returned exceeds a $100 value, we request insurance. Any order above $150 will also require a signature confirmation. Item(s) must be packaged in a proper manner that will prevent damage in transit. Once we have received the item(s) in the(ir) original condition that it was when purchased, a refund minus 5% restoking fee will be issued. Any returns initiated without following our policies will be denied.
No refunds will be given if the buyer has us ship an order to an incorrect address. It is up to the buyer to make sure that their shipping address is up to date.
No refunds will be given in the event that the package was marked as delivered but was not at the recipients address, or if the package goes missing in transit, in that case please file a claim with the carrier company (USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc).
If the item was grossly mis-represented by us, we will happily to provide a full refund once the item is mailed back to us, only in that case we will provide a pre-paid return label.
