Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, but are not definite and are subject to change based on our schedules as it is only the two of us running our shop and shipping. Orders placed after 2PM PST on each of those days will be shipped the following shipping day. If you need an item shipped ASAP, please contact us via email at support@batkahtria.com immediately and we will do what we can to accommodate you to the best of our ability. We ship from Los Angeles, California, USA.

Batkahtria Mystics Crystalls & Herbariumm is not responsible for lost in transit or stolen packages. If an order is marked as delivered but is not received, please contact your local post office as we are unable to assist with that matter. If a package is lost in transit, please visit the carrier company (USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc) website to file a 'missing mail' service request. Once we have shipped an order, it is under the responsibility of the carrier company (USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc). 

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that their shipping address is correct. If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact us immediately. No refunds will be given if the item is mailed to the incorrect address due to negligence by the buyer. In the event that an item is sent back to us due to the buyer entering in the incorrect address, the buyer will have to pay shipping a second time to have it shipped to the correct address. If the buyer chooses not to pay a second time for shipping, the order will be cancelled, and the buyer will receive a refund for the cost of the item.
